Payment to the City of a park dedication fee in the amount of$3,600.00. � �NOW, TI�EREFORE, BE IT RESOLV]ED, that the City Council of the Ciry of Orono hereby approves the plat of Lakeside Heights, I3ennepin Counry, Minnesota, and_grants a variance . ' � to Section 10.2�; Subdivision 5 (B) to allow the existing residence to remain in its current locati�n , ' '�33:0'Mfrom the f�ont lot line where a 35.0'�setback is�normally required;':subject�to the followin� conditions: � . 1. "' � The existing house sewer connection shall be relocated to I,�ma Linda Avenue, and the new ho�.�se on Lot 1 shall use the existing southerly stub at County Road 151. 2. The driveway entrance for Lot 1 shall be on Loma Linda Avenue at a location to be approved by the Public Works Director. 3. While the City shall not be party to the view easement over Lot 1 in favor of Lot 2, the location and extent of said easement shall not be revised from that proposed without notification of the City. 4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before March 25, 1996 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copy of the conservation and flowage easement document. The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
