Gerhardson, Acting City Administrator�i'Q4 <br />DATE: October 23, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: Mobile Home Removal 3382 Shoreline Drive <br />On June 29, 1987 the City of Orono notified Mr. Ron Drahos, owner <br />of Axle and Bob's Meats in Navarre, that the must move a mobile <br />home from the rear of his place of business. Mr. Drahos was <br />using the mobile home to process wild game. The mobile home was <br />moved from the site but did return. Discussions with Mr. Drahos <br />were fruitless and on October 14, 1987 citations were issued to <br />Mr. Drahos. <br />On October 19, 1987 a temporary restraining order was issued to <br />Mr. Drahos ordering him to appear in Court on Friday, October 23, <br />1987. On the evening of October 19, 1987 Mr. Drahos and another <br />employee were seen by City employees processing wild game. On <br />Oct.oher 21, 1987 a complaint was issued to Mr. Drahos for <br />contempt of Court and to appear in Court on Thursday, October 22, <br />1987. <br />Mr. Drahos did not appear. On Friday October 23, 1987 Mr. Drahos <br />did appear in Court and the matter was heard before Judge <br />Lebedoff. The outcome is as follows: <br />Mr. Drahos will not process any more wild game and the trailer <br />must be removed from the property within seven (7) days. <br />
