Skoog and Tamera A. Christensen (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers") of properties legally described on the survey attached to this resolution as Parcels <br /> A and B (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> Class I subdivision of properti�s legally combined for tax purposes for division and combination . <br /> purposes. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 3�2l 1 vacating a part <br /> of Hill Street as shown and legally described on the survey attached to this resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of the above referenced properties. <br /> for the subdividers as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S.
