,�� .� <br /> �� <br /> ;, � O� . <br /> :. <br /> � O O <br /> b. � CITY of ORONO <br /> � ' ti <br /> '�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9k,E p4L�'G NO. s� "r 2 `� . <br /> � SH. <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> - A DNISION OF LOTS PREVIOUSLY COMBINED <br /> FOR TAX PURPOSES LOCATED AT <br /> 300 TONKA AVENUE � <br /> , FILE NO. 2122 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws �f the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ciry of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br /> the Ciry; and <br /> � WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a lot line rearrangement by Karen S. Skoog and Tamera A. Christensen (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers") of properties legally described on the survey attached to this resolution as Parcels <br /> A and B (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> Class I subdivision of properti�s legally combined for tax purposes for division and combination . <br /> purposes. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 3�2l 1 vacating a part <br /> of Hill Street as shown and legally described on the survey attached to this resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of the above referenced properties. <br /> for the subdividers as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed <br /> surveyor of Coffm and Gronberg, Inc., dated February 8, 1995, most revised date May 9, 1996, <br /> and attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br /> • Page 1 of 3 <br />
