Kastor stated with the two catch basins , it was fine an the water was clean , but now it is full of algae. Kastor stated he is concerned that it will flow out int the toward Narrow 's Bay and that he would like the City to restore it to what is used to be. Walsh stated the City is ery cognizant of water quality issues. Walsh noted the fire lanes originally were d by the firefighters to take water from the lake to some of them provide access the lake. Walsh stated it is necessary to loo teach of these fire lanes on a case-by-case basis , but that if fire lane is vacated in this case, it wo be split down the middle between the two adjoining propert1 .
