by the applicant and the public, and the effect of the proposed variance on the <br />health, safety and welfare of the community and finds there would be no <br />adverse impact from the change. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby amends Resolution No. 5765 <br />to allow the tennis court to be placed 22 feet from the southerly side property line when a 30 <br />foot setback is required, with a 30 foot setback to be maintained from the northerly side <br />property line, as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
