CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 5 ~ 0 6":-· <br />by the applicant and the public , and the effect of the proposed variance on the <br />health, safety and welfare of the community and finds there would be no <br />adverse impact from the change. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon the above findings , the Orono City Council hereby amends Resolution No. 5765 <br />to allow the tennis comi to be placed 22 feet from the southerly side prope1iy line when a 3 0 <br />foot setback is required, with a 30 foot setback to be maintained from the northerly side <br />prope1iy line, as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
