Apnroval is subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Barilcs of' the pond where dredging shall �ake place shail he restore�� to au 8:1 <br /> slope. Appropriate aquatic and wetland vegetation sha11 be restored tivitliin the <br /> disturbed area. <br /> 2. The spoils shall be removed from the site. <br /> 3. The �pproved or average water level of the pond shall be at 929.4. <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the pr�perty not with the awner, but <br /> are permissive only and must r�e exercised by application for a land alteration <br /> perrnit within one year of the date of Coun�il's approval, or the special conditions <br /> of this resolution will expire �n that date (April 8, 1997). <br /> 5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoni:�g Code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any autl�ority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 6.
