0 0 <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kESH0 NO. 3790 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> THE SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> 509 AND 511 FERNDALE ROAD <br /> FILE NO. 2186 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br /> the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a lot line rearrangement by Yvonne C. Cooke and James K. Pfleider (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers") of properties legally described on the survey and attached to this resolution <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> Class I subdivision of properties for division and combination purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of the above referenced properties <br /> as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed surveyor of Coffin and <br /> Gronberg, Inc., dated September 23, 1996, and attached to this resolution, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. James K. Pfleider, owner of Lot 5, Block 1, Fairway View, shall apply to the City <br /> for the legal combination of the properties as described on the above referenced <br /> survey as follows: <br /> Those parts of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, FAIRWAY VIEW, which lie northerly of <br /> the following described line and its extensions: Beginning at the most westerly <br /> corner of said Lot 5; thence on an assumed bearing of South 59 degrees East along <br /> the southwesterly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 23 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
