#55'7 <br />TO: Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />FROM: Michael Gaffron, On -Site Systems Manager <br />DATE: May 13, 1980 <br />SUBJECT: #557 Edgar Mertz, 1820 Fox Street - Subdivision <br />My preliminary review of the soil survey and wetlands map indicates <br />the lot to be created contains no designated wetlands. The soil <br />map indicates Erin loam and Cordova silty clay loam soils, neither <br />of which are highly suitable for drainfields. A full site evaluation <br />should be conducted prior to final subdivision approval. The existing <br />system will be inspected for compliance and I will recommend whether <br />a secondary site should be tested. <br />
