Pluhm, William Z . Mernik and Franklyn <br /> E. Dailey have petitioned the City for a new road name and address <br /> change; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Orono f 'inds the proposed <br /> improvement to be consistent with the standards of;� Ordinance No. 75 <br /> and to benefit the public health, safety and welfare by providing safe <br /> and .easy access to established" residences . <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council .of <br /> the City of Orono hereby approves the name Pence Lane and per <br /> Ordinance 75 will require the following address changes: � <br /> � 2710 �r7alters Port Lane to 2710 Pence Lane � <br /> 2715 Kelly Avenue to 2715 Pence Lane <br /> 2719 Kelly Avenue to 2701 Pence Lane <br /> .
