REQUEST FOR FURTHER INFORMATION <br />August 26, 2002 <br />Mr. Steven D. Van DeVeire <br />Betz Builders, Inc. <br />300 Crestview Avenue <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />SUBJECT: Zoning Application #02-2824 <br />The City of Orono is required to notify you within ten (10) business days as to the status of your <br />application for variances for constructing a new residence on the property located at 1045 Brown <br />Road South. Below is a list of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review. <br />❑ 2 full sized copies and one reduced, of an updated survey indicating the location of the <br />proposed house and septic sites. The survey shall indicate 2' contour elevations and any <br />proposed grade changes on the property. Please include elevations on the property and all <br />land within 50' of the property boundaries. <br />❑ Septic Evaluations and design for one primary and one alternate septic sites on the property. <br />We will review the ability to locate two septic sites to determine if the property is buildable. <br />If you wish to explore the option of connecting to sanitary sewer please contact Greg Gappa, <br />City of Orono Public Services Director, to discuss that possibility. <br />Application #02-2824 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit all <br />items requested above by Tuesday, September 3, 2002 to remain on the September 16, 2002 <br />Planning Commission agenda.
