This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2195. <br /> 2. The property is located in the B-2 Lakeshore Business District requiring a <br /> minimum of two acres of lot area and 200' lot depth. The marina properry is <br /> divided by County Road 15 and consists of 1.86 acres on the east portion of the <br /> property and 1.44 acres on the west side of County Road 15. The portion of <br /> property on the east side is 115 feet in depth at the proposed building location. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on January 21, 1997 <br /> and recommended approval of the proposal subject to a three stall parking increase <br /> and concurrent stormwater system upgrade, and subject to adherence to the site and <br /> • Page 2 of 15 � <br />
