Property owner shall execute a Developer's Agreement and post a Letter of Credit <br /> (150% of cost of required improvements) with the City to ensure the following <br /> improvements are fulfilled upon installation of the expanded parking azea and <br /> stormwater improvements: <br /> A. Stormwater management improvements per final plan subject to approval <br /> by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and the City of Orono. The <br /> City Engineer has requested the following amendments to the grading and <br /> stormwater plan: <br /> 1) Storm sewer inlet invert should be set at elevation 929.4. The <br /> invert of the existing outlet pipe should be extended to elevation <br /> 928.0 on the pond side to provide skimming of floatables and <br /> debris. <br /> 2) The grading plan should be revised to show a drainage swale near <br /> � the pond outlet pipe set at the pond high water level elevation <br /> 930.8. <br /> � Page 11 of 15 �" <br />
