G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � L9kESH�g'� NO. � � � � <br /> REQUESTING CONVEYANCE OF TAX <br /> FORFEIT LANDS FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> BY THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> WHEREAS, the Ciry of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and � <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, the City has received from <br /> Hennepin County a list of lands within the City which have become the property of the State of <br /> Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said lands for compliance with local <br /> zoning ordinances, for the amount of outstanding special assessment remaining unpaid to the <br /> • City, and/or for possible public use by the City as authorized by the statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City council of the City of <br /> Orono, pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 282.01, Subdivision 1, hereby applies to the <br /> Hennepin County Board of Commissioners and to the Commissioner of Revenue for conveyance <br /> of the following tax forfeited land to the City for public use by the City of Orono. <br /> PARCEL RETAINED FOR USE BY THE CITY <br /> District P.I.D.
