l. Owner of Lot 2 shal 1 obtain a land alteration permit for <br />the purpose of upgrading the existing access to Lot 2 (265 <br />Brown Road South). Upon application for the land alteration <br />permit, owner shall provide a filling and grading plan to be <br />approved by the City Engineer. Such access improvements to <br />be completed by December 1, 1990. In addition, the owner is <br />asked to maintain a 11 shrubs at a 3' height or less within <br />an area located between the traveled road and the utility <br />poles. <br />2. Future owner and developer of Lot 1 shall obtain an <br />access permit from the Hennepin County Department of <br />Transportation prior to application for a building permit <br />for new residential construction. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council of the City of Orono <br />on this 24th day of September, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
