I f <br />City of ORONO <br />R ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. __ 2_9_2_9 ___ _ <br />2. In October of 1990, the Public Works Director was asked <br />to meet with the owner of Lot 2 to reconfirm the findings of <br />the City Engineer. In a letter dated November 26, 1990, the <br />Public Works Director confirmed the findings of the City <br />Engineer. <br />3. The owner of Lot 2 was advised to maintain vegetation or <br />plantings at the recommended 3' height within the specified <br />area and that land alterations would not be required within <br />the access area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />Orono, Minnesota hereby approves an amendment of Resolution #2877 <br />that approved an amendment of an original condition of final plat <br />approval that would allow single/separate accesses to Lots 1 and <br />2, Byfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and hereby rescinds the <br />condition of that resolution that would require the owner of Lot <br />2, Maureen Steele Bellows, to obtain a land alteration permit and <br />provide a grading plan for alteration of the existing access that <br />serves Lot 2. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council of the City of Orono <br />on this 11th day of February, 1991. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF HENNEPIN <br />ss. <br />Barbara A.
