City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. / �,--? "/ <br />1.. The future owner of Lot 1, Block 1, Krogs Acres, must <br />obtain an access permit from the Hennepin County <br />Highway Department prior to applying for a building <br />perm.t from the City. <br />2. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Henn^pin County Rs :order's Office on or before <br />May 22, 1983 together with a certified original copy <br />of this Resolution and an-xecuted copy of the document <br />noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has <br />not been filed by the date specified above.
