MINUTES OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF APRIL 6, 1981 Page 5 <br />Jabbour moved to second. Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />Ruxton R. Strong was present. The Planning Commission <br />asked for clarification concerning the dry buildable <br />area of each lot and the exact location of the wet <br />lands. It appears from preliminary review that the <br />road intercepts the wetlands on the south and that <br />we may have to recognize a variance setback for the <br />road. Staff advised that elevation would be required <br />to designate wetlands. Strong stated that he would <br />}eve all the necessary information required by the <br />Planning Commission for the next meeting. <br />The public hearing was scheduled for May 4, 1981. <br />Diann Goetten was appointr: liason to �:ouncil Meeting, <br />April 13, 1981. <br />Hammerel moved to approve the Planning Commission <br />minutes of March 16, 1981. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:00. <br />j/RUXTON STRONG <br />420 So.
