Strong, 420 Brown Road South - <br />Subdivision <br />Work Session <br />Subdivision - 3 lot plat <br />Zoning District - RR-lB <br />Mr. Strong proposes a division of his 10 acre homestead. <br />The subdivision will be a plat of three lots served by a <br />private road. The road will be designated as a 50' side <br />outlot. The topography along the south property line requires <br />a curving of the road and creates an additional outlot. <br />The ownership of that lot should be clarified. <br />Septic testing has been submitted for staff review. <br />Staff's report will be included in the pickets for the public <br />hearing on May 4, 1981. <br />
