CITY OF ORONO <br />7:30 P.M. <br />Regular Meeting of the Orono Planning Commission, <br />April 18, 1933. <br />r PUBLIC HEARING <br />420 Brown Road South <br />#73" - Larry Bader <br />Final Subdivision <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />1170 Lyman Avenue <br />#736 - Donald Mogen <br />Subdivision <br />The Orono Planning Commission met on the above date with <br />the following members present: Chairman Rovegno, Planning <br />Commission Members Adams, Callahan, Goetten, Kelley, McDonald, <br />and Sime. Also present: lames Grabek Councilmember, Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth, and Deputy Clerk Woytcke. <br />Chairman Rovegno announced that now was the time and place <br />for the public hearing concerning the final subdivision <br />request of Larry Bader, 420 Brown Road South. Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth presented the Affidavit of Publication. <br />Mr. Larry Bader was present to review this application with <br />the Planning Commission. No persons from the public were in <br />attendance regarding this application. <br />Chairman Rovegno closed the public hearing at 7:40 P.M. <br />Member Sime moved, Member Callahan seconded, to .approve the <br />preliminary and final subdivision of Mr. Larry Bader at <br />420 Brown Road South. Motion, Ayes (7) Nays (0). <br />Chairman Rovegno announced that now wat. the time and place <br />for the public hearing; concerning the subdivision request <br />of Donald ;Mogen at 1170 Lyman Avenue. "Zoning Adminis rator <br />Mabusth presented the Affidavit of Publication. <br />Mrs. Donald Mogen was present to represent Mr. Mogen. No <br />persons from the public were in attendance regarding this <br />application. <br />Chaiman Rovegno closed the public hearing at 7:50 P.M. <br />Member Sime moved, :Member Callahan seconded, to approve the <br />subdivision request of Donald Mogen, 1170 Lyman Avenue based <br />on the following conditions: <br />Application cannot be scheduled for Council action until <br />the owm r/applicant resolves issue of encroaching septic <br />system •Mid �;t.aff i�; in receipt of alternate septic test <br />information for lot with existing house. If applicant <br />decide; to go with the staff recommendat.ion, <br />
