16.5 Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who does <br />not pass any such evaluation to Owner's satisfaction. <br />16.6 If the contract is to be awarded it will be awarded to the lowest <br />Bidder whose evaluation by Owner indicates to Owner that the award will be in <br />the best interests of the Project. <br />16.7 If the contract is to be awarded, Owner will give the Successful <br />Bidder a Notice of Award within sixty days after the day of the Bid opening. <br />17. Performance and Other Bonds. <br />Paragraph 5.1 of the General Conditions and the Supplementary Conditions Set <br />forth Owner's requirements as to performnce and other Bonds. When the Successful <br />Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner it shall be accompanied by the <br />required Contract Security. <br />18. Signing of Agreement. <br />When Owner gives a Notice of Award to the Successful Bidder, it will be accompanied <br />by at least three unsigned counterparts of the Agreement and all other Contract <br />Documents. Within fifteen days thereafter Contractor shall sign and deliver at <br />least three counterparts of the Agreement to Owner with all other Contract <br />Documents attached. Within ten days thereafter Owner will deliver all fully signed <br />counterparts to Contractor. Engiaeer will identify those portions of the Contract <br />Documents not fully signed by Owner and Contractor and such identification shall <br />be binding on all parties. <br />19. Applicable Laws. <br />The Contract Documents and the construction hereby contemplated, are to be <br />governed at all times by applicable laws, rules and ordinances of the Federal <br />Gcorernment, the State of Minnesota, and its municipalities, or other authorities <br />having jurisdiction over the Project. These laws, rules and ordinances include, <br />but are not limited to, the current provisions of the following: <br />1. Williams -Steiger Occupational Safety S Health Act of 1970, Public Law <br />91-596; Part 1910 - Occupational Safety 6 Health Standards, Chapter XVII <br />of Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations; Part 1926, Safety and Hea th <br />Regulations for Construction, Chapter ?CVII of Title 29, Code of Federal <br />Regulations. <br />2. Minnesota Occupational Safety 6 Health Act of 1973; Rules and Regulations <br />of Department of Labor and Industry; Minnesota Occupational Safety <br />Health Codes. <br />3. Minnesota Mate Board of Health Regulations. <br />
