This is an existing low area that intermittently holds <br />water but is not a designated wetland. <br />Please review the memo and exhibits of 10/16/86. Planning <br />Commissiot, at their meeting of 10/20/86 recommended approval of <br />the Conditional Use Permit for grading subject to: <br />1. Applicants granting a co!.servation and flowage easement <br />over the pond area. <br />2. Appropriate erosion controls be taken. <br />3. Applicant is notified that future home additions must be <br />no closer than 26' to the wetland. <br />A resolution reflecting the Planning Commission recommendation is <br />attached for Council's review. <br />
