Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />RE: Land Use Application <br />440 Brown Road South <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />As we have previously discussed, I would like <br />to upgrade the "mud hole" that sits directly below my <br />home into a wildlife pond that will provide a suitable <br />habitat for wildlife and be more aesthetically pleasing. <br />This low lying area is not a designated wetland. <br />Pursuant to your suggestion, I have contacted the U.S. <br />Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service, <br />and have contacted one of ``ieir suggested "earth moving <br />vendors" to perform the wort. <br />The application has been signet: *,y both myself <br />and Duncan MacMillan, as partner of Longridge <br />Associates, since the low lying area actually extends <br />ont) their property as well as mine. For your <br />int ..- -. ition, I have enclosed a copy of our agreement <br />with.. '�--igridge Associates. <br />We intend to perform the work this fall so the <br />pond will be able to accumulate the spring runoff. <br />I have enclosed the following documentation, <br />together with a check for $200.00, to facilitate your <br />consideration of my request. <br />1.
