CITY OF ORONO <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council <br />Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, October 20, 1986, on <br />the matter of the following Land Use Applications: <br />1. #1078 John Massopust, 440 Brown Road South - <br />Conditional Use Permit for excavation of a wildlife pond. <br />2. 11081 Gregory W. Long, 3359 Crystal Bay Road - <br />Side setback, lakeshore setback, and hardcover variances for <br />construction of a screen porch addition. <br />3. #1082 John F. Dougan, 2785 White Oak Circle - <br />Conditional Use Permit for excavation of a ponding area to <br />prevent flooding. <br />4. #1084 Robert Maxfield, 4175 North Shore Drive - <br />Lot area, lot width variances to construct a residence on a <br />substandard vacant property. <br />5. #1085 Richard E. Brown, 1245 Sixth Avenue North - <br />Lakeshore setback and hardcover variances to construct a <br />stairway in the lakeshore yard. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this times. <br />Written comments are solicited.
