Browne, 760 South Brown Road - <br />Variance - Resolution <br />Please review the staff memo and exhibits of 7-16-86. <br />Applicant is requesting to construct an addition and attached <br />garage which will encroach into the front yard setback. Planning <br />Commission, at their 7-21-86 meeting, recommended 6-0 to apprc-?e <br />per the 4 findings noted in the staff memo, subject to the Publ.Lc <br />Works Coordinator's review and approval of the new driveway <br />access layout to ensure the capability of turning either way onto <br />Brown Road. John Gerhardson has reviewed the driveway and finds <br />it to be acceptable. <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />
