CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />. NO. ~2 ~ 8 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the findings noted <br />above, the City Council of the City of Orono, hereby approves the entrance monument design and <br />site plan subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The subdivider to create easements in favor of the Homeowners Association over <br />Lots 5 and 6, Carriage Hill for the purpose of maintenance and upkeep of the <br />entrance monuments. <br />2. The location and size of the entrance monuments shall be as shown on the site plan <br />attached, as Exhibit A, to this resolution. <br />3.
