any Lot which emits any foul or obnoxious odor, or which causes any noise which may <br />disturb the peace, quiet, comfort, or serenity of the occupants of any adjacent property. <br />The outside storage of an unlicensed or inoperable motor vehicle upon a Lot shall be <br />considered a nuisance. No boat, trailer or camper shall be parked for more than 48 <br />hours on any. Lot or on the Private. Roadway. . <br />Section 9.9 No - Leasing or Time share. No Owner shall be permitted to Lease his or her <br />Dwelling. Time share of Dwellings are not permitted. <br />Section 9.10 Fences and Boundary Walls. No wall or fence shall be constructed on any <br />Lot until the height, type, design, and location have been approved in writing by the <br />Association. Fencing for dog runs must be incorporated with the Dwelling materials, and <br />may not extend toward the front yard beyond the rear wall of the Dwelling closest to the <br />rear property line, and must be built of wood or identical siding materials as the home <br />and be comparable with the original home design. Decorative fences/walls constructed <br />in front yard areas must be 60 inches in height or less and be built of wood, wrought iron <br />or materials identical to or complementary with the exterior of the home itself or else <br />identical to the exterior of the home. Fencing or dog runs must be incorporated with the <br />house materials and must not extend toward the front yard beyond the rear wall of the <br />house closest to the rear property line and, subject to approval by the Association, must <br />be constructed of wood or other identical or complementary materials, as above - <br />described. Chain link fencing shall be permitted only if inside of and concealed by wood <br />fencing. Under no circumstances shall a boundary wall or fence be permitted with a <br />height of more than six (6) feet. The height or elevation of any wall or fence shall be <br />measured from the existing, elevations on the property at or along the applicable point <br />or lines. Any question as to such heights may be completely determined by the <br />Association. The height limitations as set forth in this paragraph shall not be applicable <br />to tennis court enclosures, provided such enclosures have been approved by the <br />Association. A refusal by the Association to allow or permit a fence or wall (including <br />tennis court enclosures and swimming pool fences) on any particular Lot in any <br />particular location shall not be construed to be an abuse of discretion. <br />Section 9.11 Storage Tank. No permanent storage tanks of any kind shall be erected, <br />placed or permitted on any Lot unless buried or effectively screened from view outside <br />the Lot. <br />Section 9.12 Temporary Structures. No structure of temporary character, trailer, <br />basement, • tent, shack, garage, barn or other building shall be used on any Lot at any <br />time as a Dwelling, either temporarily or permanently. <br />Section 9.13 Auxiliary Structures. No detached dog kennels, runs or enclosures shall be <br />permitted unless design and location of same shall be approved by the Association. No <br />detached storage buildings shall be permitted except those approved by the Association <br />as conforming in design and appearance to the Dwelling, and which are located in the <br />11 <br />
