We reviewed the above plat and make the following comments: <br />• The developer should dedicate 40 feet of right of way from and along the centerline of CSAH 146, <br />South Brown Road. This action will accommodate any future upgrading as well as utilities, snow <br />storage, etc. <br />• Enhancing the King Street entrance as a shared private driveway is acceptable. No other direct access <br />to CSAH 146 will be permitted. <br />• All proposed construction within county right of way requires an approved Hennepin County permit <br />prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not limited to access, drainage and utility <br />construction, trail development, and landscaping.
