The legal descriptions on each of these resolutions need to be modified to permit <br />recording. The legal description on Resolution No. 4179 should read Lot 6, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 349, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and the legal description on Resolution No. <br />4398 should read Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Carriage Hill. As in the past, correction of these legal <br />descriptions does not require approval of the Council because it does not change the intent of the <br />resolution. <br />Please make the noted corrections to the legal descriptions on each of these resolutions <br />and return certified copies of each resolution to me for recording.
