Hoekstra (612) 476-1767 <br />ARTICLE I <br />COMPLIANCE WITH <br />MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />RESTRICTIONS <br />To promote natural vegetation, maximize wildlife habitat, control erosion, and improve <br />water quality for the benefit of the Owner of Lot 1, Block 1, Carriage Hill, no person shall <br />fill, install any structure, apply any herbicide, apply any phosphorous fertilizer, drain, burn, <br />remove any trees, or undertake any activity which violates the rules, regulations or <br />ordinances of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, the U.S. Corps of Engineers, the <br />City of Orono, or such other applicable laws and regulations. <br />In addition, any and all land alterations which affect the Type I and Type II wetlands <br />which may be located on Lot 1, Block 1, Carriage Hill, must be approved by the Minnehaha <br />Creek Watershed District, the U.S. Corps of Engineers and the City of Orono prior to <br />submitting the plan for alteration to the City of Orono. This Covenant concerning Type I <br />and Type II wetlands may be changed, modified or revoked only upon written approval of <br />the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, the U.S. Corps of Engineers, and the City of <br />Orono. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being the Declarant herein, has executed <br />this Declaration of Protective Covenants this day of __________ , 1999. <br />BohLand Development, Inc. <br />a Minnesota corporation <br />Steven R.
