The above entitled proaceding being regularly oil the apeaial term calendar of the above !%mad court Came duly on for hearing before the undersigned, one of the Judges of said court, oft the 12th day of May, 1937, oil the applioatian of the petitioner for an order vacating the plat of MInnetoaka View, located lit Section Ten (10), Township one hundred seventeen (117), Range twenty-three (23), in the county of Hennepin and State of Mituxeoata. c Duane L. Traynor appcered e:s attorney for petitioner and J. W. Smith and T. N. Tomson, ettorneya, filed an answer and appeared of record for the Town of Orena. The court having considered the petition, the evidence introduced on behalf of the petitioner and all the files, records and proceedings herein, and there being no appoarance at the hearing Ili oppesitlon, makes the following findings of ±'act: I. The Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter (11a1NW4), SeCtian ten (10), Townshlp one hundred seventee4 (117), Range twelity-three (23) and that part of Lot six (6), Section ten (10). To=ship one hundred seventeen (117), Range twenty-three (23). deseribod as follows; Beginning at the Northeast (NE) coruar of Lot six (6). Thence South (S) one Chain. Thence South (S) forty-one (41) degrees Nest twelve and eighty-five one hundredths (12 k 85/100) c:.aina to center of highway. Thence Northwesterly (Nally), along center of highway eleven and fifty one hundredths (11 & 50/100) chains to North (N) line of Lot six (6). Thence East (!:) along said North (N) Il:-: sixteen and forty-two one hundredths (16 k 42/100) chains to beginning. it, the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, wan mi the 5th day of May, 1865, platted into eleven (11) blocks, co''taining one hundred 'el ghty-three (183) lots and certain streets and alleys; said plat being named and designated as "Nixuistonka View"; said plst was :sled for record in the offir.e of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Mlnnesata, an the 14th day of May, 188e, In E30ok V of Plate, on page 5.
