This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2307. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C Single Family Rural Residential Zoning <br /> District requiring one half acre in area. The property consists of 5,190 s.f. or <br /> .12 acre. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on October 20, 1997 <br /> and recommended approval of the proposed variance based upon the following <br /> findings: <br /> 1.
