CONCLUSION <br /> <br /> <br />WETLAND INVESTIGATION <br />DE NARAY PROPERTY <br />ORONO, MN <br />September 10, 2021 Page 8 <br />CONCLUSION <br />A total of one wetland, or portions thereof, was identified and delineated within the project area and in <br />accordance with the 1987 United States Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual. <br />Project area aquatic resources may be regulated by several agencies at the local, state, and/or federal level. <br />Activities which may potentially impact wetlands should be discussed in advance with the appropriate regulating <br />agency regarding potential permit requirements. The Local Government Unit (LGU) responsible for implementing <br />the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act at this project location is Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br />The Watershed District and the City of Orono may require vegetated buffers around all regulated wetland areas. <br />Wetland buffers must meet the standards specified by the Watershed District and the City for any project that is <br />regulated under the Wetland Conservation Act. <br />This wetland investigation meets the standards and criteria described in the 1987 United States Army Corps of <br />Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual and all applicable subsequent guidance for an on-site determination.
