EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> <br /> <br />WETLAND INVESTIGATION <br />DE NARAY PROPERTY <br />ORONO, MN <br />September 10, 2021 Page 3 <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />Anderson Engineering of Minnesota, LLC was retained to provide professional wetland services using the 1987 <br />United States Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual (Technical Report Y-87-1; January 1987) and <br />all supplemental guidance documents to identify areas meeting wetland criteria at 860 Brown Road South <br />(Hennepin county parcel 1011723120001) located in Orono, Minnesota. This project area is in Section 10, <br />Township 117 North, Range 23 West. <br />Delineated aquatic resources or, portions thereof, was identified and delineated within the project area and <br />summarized in Table 1 and depicted in Appendix A, Figure 5. <br />Table 1.
