Per watershed rules, a filtration basin is required to retain twice the volume required for <br />infiltration. <br />The project has an increased impervious surface area of 24,742 square feet, which requires 2,062 cubic <br />feet of volume retention. The proposed filtration basin provides 4,450 cubic feet of retention, more than <br />twice the volume required for infiltration. <br />Summary <br />The implementation of a filtration basin will provide the necessary stormwater control to meet MCWD <br />regulations.
