Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Planning Staff recommends approval of the lake setback variance in order to construct the 2nd floor <br />dormer not extending outside the existing home footprint, however recommends denial of the lake <br />setback and hardcover variances for the garage addition. However, should the Council find that a <br />hardship exists with respect to the revised garage addition proposal (which has not been reviewed by <br />the Planning Commission) appropriate hardcover removals should be discussed. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Direct Staff to draft a Resolution reflecting Council's decision.
