VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />7. #05 -311 0 THOMAS AND SHEILA BROWNE, 760 BROWN ROAD SOUTH-VARIANCE <br />Thomas Browne, Applicant, was present. <br />Curtis stated the applicants' property is located on Tanager Lake, wh ich has been classified b y the DNR <br />as a recreational development lake requiring a 100-foot structure setback. The applicants would like to <br />construct a window dormer for added space and safety in an existing second story bathroom. In addition, <br />the applicants would like to construct a small garage addition to the north of their attached garage. Curtis <br />noted the entire home is located within the 100-foot structure setback and any building envelope <br />expansion would require a lake setback variance. <br />PAGE2
