The building exceeds 1,000 square feet in footprint and therefore is <br />considered an oversize accessory structure (OAS) requiring a covenant. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On October 17, 2016, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the application including <br />the evidence submitted. Following the public hearing the Commission voted 5 to Oona motion to approve <br />conditioned upon the requirement ofthe OAS covenant. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval.
