Request for Council Action continued <br />page 2 of 2 <br />June 8, 1994 <br />Zoning File #1930 <br />It was the hope of the Planning Commission that both property owners would work together to <br />minimize the impact of new development upon the developed site. <br />The Planning Commission approved the application as amended granting a 25' structural setback <br />variance from the protected tributary. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the approval resolution; or <br />To deny the setback variance as proposed. <br />ch
