Tanks <br />should be pumped out as soon as possible. <br />❑ System is discharging to surface. Tanks must be pumped <br />titrithin 46 hours to eliminate surface discharge. <br />tg Inspection risers missing —tanks could not be inspected. <br />Inspection risers (4" die. pipe) must be installed in each tank <br />at next pumpout.
