Requirement - Per the site plan, it looks like you are proposing to demolish the house and garage only. Please advise if any other <br />hardcover will be removed such as driveway or sidewalks, etc. The only other hardcover to be removed at this site will be the <br />sidewalk. <br />2. Requirement - MCWD PERMITS: Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please <br />contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note, the City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of the <br />MCWD permit or documentation from the MCWD staff stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. I spoke with <br />Abigale Couture, at WCWD, and was issued a letter stating that a permit from them is not needed for the house demo and <br />uploaded it to our permit application for your review and approval. <br />We would like to begin the house demo tomorrow pending permit approval.
