Wyatt Moe and Nancy Moe (hereinafter "the applicants") are <br /> owners of the property located at 1230 Spruce Place within the City of Orono (hereinafter � <br /> "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Exhibit A attached (hereinafter "the properry"); and <br /> • WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.24 Subdivision 5(B) to permit construction of a new residence on a <br /> lot 0.49 acres in area and 58 feet �in width where 1.0 acre in area and 140 feet in width are <br /> norma.11y required; and a variance to Sections 10.22, Subdivisions 1 and 2; 10.55, Subdivision <br /> 8; and 10.56, Subdivision 16(L) to perinit.the construction of a new residence constituting <br /> hazdcover in the 75-250' zone in excess of the 25% hardcover normally allowed in that zone. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> . FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2272. � <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> Zoning District. <br /> 3.
