Commission is considering <br />that a discussion will occ-ir regarding the private <br />easements along Lots 7 and 16, and it was determined <br />this issue would not be formally addressed in <br />this motion because these private easements are <br />not snows she plat as submitted. Further, <br />in regards to the discussion on dock placement, <br />Mr. Adams felt that it would be consistent with his <br />goals to allow for the placement of the docks <br />not an the private easements, but adjacent to the <br />easements, thus, not allowing for legal use of <br />those dockL by the lot owners other than those <br />of Lots 7 and 16. <br />Motion - Ayes (4): Wilson, Hammerel, Hannah, <br />Frahm; Nays (0); Abstain (2): Hurr, McDonald. <br />The motion passed. <br />Chairwoman McDonald and Commissioner Hurr indicated <br />they abstained because they felt they should wait <br />for the City Attorney's information regarding the <br />private easements and riparian rights. <br />Commissioner Hammerel moved to approve the final <br />plat subject to the City Attorney's recommendation <br />regarding the private easements and riparian rights. <br />After further discussion it was determined the <br />final approval would have to include the many <br />unresolved matters, such as payment of the park <br />dedication fee, drainage and utility easements, <br />etc. Commissioner Hammerel withdrew his motion. <br />Commissioner Hurr felt they were rushing the <br />approval of this plat. <br />Commissioner Frahm indicated he wanted to gee <br />the homeowner's association agreement before he <br />voted on the final plat. <br />Commissioner Hurr reminded the Commission that <br />the Zoning AdmenLstrator did not receive Vie final <br />plat until 2-23-78 and did not have time tr review <br />it and make a recommendation to the Planning <br />Commission. <br />The Commission disetissed the urresolved issues <br />including: <br />1) location, size and number of boats and slips <br />Including use rights and setbacks <br />2) association agreenâ–șents and by-laws <br />TIM ADAMS <br />FARM AT LONG 1..AKE <br />#317 <br />(con't) <br />
