Comments follow: <br />1. Steep slopes on portions of the property boilering <br />the drainage into bong Lake will need special <br />attention in developing this property. In these <br />areas re -grading with disruption of established <br />ground cover should be minimized or prevented <br />entirely. Possibly parts of this drainage are <br />in need of remedial meas :r.es now. <br />2. The Long Lake flood plain area should be restricted <br />as to dredging, filling or building. <br />3. This area generally has poor soils for on -site <br />sewage treatment if municipal lines are not <br />available.
