purposes over and across Outlot C, The Farm at Long Lake, <br />(also known as west Farm Road) as set forth in that certain <br />Declaration of Driveway Easement dated 1978 <br />and filed 1978 as Document No. ; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of said easement is for a common <br />driveway serving said Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, <br />19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, The Farm at Long Lake; and <br />WHEREAS, said common driveway is not a dedicated roadway <br />and the City of Orono has no obligation to maintain or <br />service said roadway; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ^f One? Dollar ($1.00) <br />in hand paid by each of the parties to each other, receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the mutual covenants, <br />agreements, conditions and stipulations herein contained, <br />IT IS MC:UALLY STIPULATED AND AGREED by an;l between the <br />parties as follows: <br />1. That the parties hereto do hereb,• acknowledge the <br />existence of said easement and the existence of the common <br />driveway. <br />2.
