ry 42 :30;34`Z'7 DECLARATION OF PUBLIC DRAINAGE EASEMENT Lot_7, Block 1, The Farm At Long Lake KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That JOHN M. HARTWELL, individually, is the fee owner of Lot 7, Block 1, THE FARM AT LONG LAKE, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; that LUCY B. HARTWELL is married to said John M. Hartwell; that the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS, a national banking corporation, is the mortgagee of said land under a Mortgage dated August 25, 1977 and tiled August 31, 1977 as Document No. 1235285; that the partnership THE FARM AT LONG LAKE, a Minnesota general partnership in which John M. Hartwell and Timothy Adams are the sole general partners, is the purchaser of said land under a Contract for Deed dated August 25, 1977; and That the foregoing Grantors do hereby donate and dedi- cate for public use forever a drainage easement over and across the following described land in Hennepin County, Minnesota: A 20 foot wide strip of land over Lot 7, Block 1, THE FARM AT LONG LAKE, according to the recorded plat thereofolying 10 feet on each side of the following described center line: Beginning at a point on the northwest line of said Lot 7, S 11' 35' 58" W, 10.01 feet from the most northerly cor- ner thereof; thence S 79' 15' 0V E, 137.74 feet along a line parallel to and 10 feet southerly of the north line of said lot; thence S 3' 41' 58" E, 69.73 feet to a point hereinafter re- ferred to as Point P_; thence S 30 41' 58" E, 201.27 feet; thence S 16' 00' 47" W, 168.92 feet; thence S 55' 39' 43" W, 104.75 feet to the southwest line of said lot; also, beginning at said Point A; thence N 550 31' 03" E, 77.63 feet to the east line of said lot. Provided, however, that the Grantors, the'-r heirs, successors and assigns shall have no responsibility for mainte- nance of any drainage structures within the easement area.
