Huisances. No noxious or offensive activities <br />shall be carried on upon any lot, nor shall anything be done thereon <br />~hich may be or ma.y become an annoyance or nuia•nce ~o th• neighbor- <br />hood. <br />~!L!-~Rtoek and Poultry. Except as is otherwise <br />herein specifically provided for Lot 19 and the pasture easement <br />area, no anilllals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, <br />bred or kept on any lot after the same is il!lproved by the construction <br />of a house thereon, except that dogs, cats or other howsehold pets <br />may be kept provided that they are not k e pt, bred or maintained for <br />any commei:-cial pw:-poses. <br />ART:ICLE J V <br />Garbage an~ :Refuse Disposal <br />No lot shall be used or maintai ned as a dump i ng ground for <br />rubbish. Tr1111h, garbage or other wa s te shall not be kept except <br />in aanitary containe rs. All incinerators or other equipme nt for <br />the atorage or disposal of s uch materials shall be kept in a cle an <br />and s a nitary condition, and kept either -(a ) within the garage as <br />provided herein, or (b) in a su1table structure b •low grade. <br />ARTICLE V <br />Temporary Structures, SiJm! <br />Section l.
