The height of the structure must not exceed 13' as measured by the definition <br /> of height in the Zoning Code, Section 10.02, Definitions, 13. <br /> 3. The footprint of the garage is not to exceed 988 sq. ft. and placement of the <br /> driveway shall be located according to E�ibit A dated August 22, 1997. <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br /> applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a <br /> building pemut within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance <br /> will expire on that date (September 8, 1998). <br /> 5.
