Maximum 5 horses <br />3. The erection of fencing acceptable to the Zoning Administrator, <br />to protect neighboring properties prior to issuance of a building <br />permit for the stable <br />4. That the entire property be used for pasturage, or the pasturage <br />rotated, so as not to confine the animals to a small area, <br />especially not the area to the front of the lot <br />5. That the property be kept clean of manure buildup, particularly <br />at spring melt <br />6. That the horses be properly fed and cared for at all times <br />7. All subject to Council review upon complaints of neighbors <br />or evidence of runoff pollution to Dickeys Lake <br />Condition #3 above must be completed and you must apply for a <br />building permit with all information as required by the building <br />inspector prior to 3-16-79 or the variance will expire at that time. <br />Sincerely, <br />A.
