Van Eeckhout and Van Eeckhout <br />Building Corporation and for purposes of the City of Orono <br />in connection with the Dickey Lake Addition, I have examined <br />the Abstract of Title for the real estate situated in the <br />County of Hennepin having that legal description set forth on <br />Exhibit A att,�ched to this title opinion. <br />The Abstract of Title contains 85 entries and was certified to <br />'larch 18, 1982, at 7:00 a.m. by the Title Insurance Company of <br />Minnesota. Attached to the Abstract are Certificates of Seaiches <br />made by the Abstract Company for judgment liens, federal tax <br />liens, and bankruptcy proceedings respecting the re, ownern <br />of the subject property during the t?n (10) years in, liately <br />preceding 1,larch 18, 1982. <br />Assuming the Abstract and the appendant Certificates to be correct, <br />it is my opinion that on March 18, 1982, the title to the subject <br />property was vested in: <br />C. E. VAN EECKHOUT <br />subject to the following: <br />1. A mortgage given by Charles E.
